Cycle Approach Point Output (G98/G99)
When performing canned cycle operations in CATIA, the default to the aptsource file is a GOTO point on the safety plan, then a GOTO point at the first cycle point at the clearance height. This can cause problems if you are using the G98 function on some controllers. To keep CATIA from outputting this second GOTO point, you need to check the "Remove GOTO before cycles" box on the Generate NC Output Interactivity dialog. You must also make sure your "Jump Distance" (Secondary Retract) is set and that it does not exceed the distance to the "Safety Plane".
